Roadmap¶
Candidate features for Cifras to deliver more value to Panama PYMES. Each item is a checkbox so you can tick what's shipped and slice off what to build next. Items are roughly ordered by impact-per-effort within each section.
Conventions
[ ]= not started ·[~]= in progress (use the page's edit link to update) ·[x]= done- Each item lists a quick acceptance hint so "done" is unambiguous.

Top 3 — biggest wins for Panama PYMES¶
These three are the highest-leverage items in the roadmap.
- Yappy + WhatsApp invoice & receipt loop — fastest path to "I get paid more, with less chasing". See Payments rail + WhatsApp.
- Photo → supplier invoice / expense via AI extraction — eliminates the most-hated chore. See Document intake.
- Formulario 430 + retenciones automation — turns "the contador does this for me" into "Cifras does this for me". See Fiscal compliance.
How to use this roadmap¶
- Owner sets priority. Re-order the lists inside each section so the top item is what gets picked up next.
- One item, one PR. Most items are small enough to ship as a single PR; if not, sub-bullet the breakdown directly under the item.
- Acceptance hints, not specs. They're enough to know when "done" is done; flesh out a spec doc when work starts.
- When an item ships, flip the box to
[x]and move it to a "Shipped" log at the bottom of its page (so the page stays a useful artefact, not a graveyard).
